The LeverMount is a\u00a0unique, patented and cost-effective\u00a0<\/strong>solution for process weighing in harsh environments.\u00a0Installation is easier, safer and faster<\/strong>\u00a0using this simple innovative design.<\/p>\n

It combines a\u00a0316 stainless steel<\/strong>\u00a0weighing assembly with an\u00a0OIML approved load cell\u00a0<\/strong>(bending beam or shear beam) protected toIP68<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0IP69K<\/strong>, an ideal combination for\u00a0legal for trade<\/strong>applications requiring\u00a0wash-down cleaning, even in hazardous (ATEX) areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No separate lifting equipment<\/strong>\u00a0is necessary to raise and lower the weighing vessel.\u00a0 The 3-point base mounting provides excellent mechanical stability\u00a0without the need for shims<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0LeverMount weighing assembly is supplied locked in position. The load cell can remain in its separate packaging until the mechanical installation (and any necessary welding) is complete, thus\u00a0avoiding potential damage<\/strong>.\u00a0The transit bolts can then be removed and the\u00a0load cell is used as a lever<\/strong>\u00a0to raise the top plate of the mount into the working position, no matter whether the\u00a0vessel is empty or full \u00ad-\u00a0therefore production does not need to stop<\/strong>.\u00a0 Removal of the load cell, for example to move the weighing vessel, is simply the reverse of the above.<\/p>\n

It is available in a standard version for static applications, and a self-centering version (using a ball-and-cup arrangement) for dynamic applications such as platform scales.<\/p>\n
